  • Torque setting for roadster fenders bolts?

I'm thinking of having the 4 fenders vinyl coated in black (first steps in covering a sunburst yellow roadster to look like Racer X's Shooting Star #9). To keep costs down, I can put the car up and take the fenders off and just give them to the guy. When I put them back on, what amount of torque should I set for the bolts?

Figured it out...Called in and spoke with John.

FYI: The front fenders are bonded (very well) to the inner plate (the screws are misleading but are there just in case)

With the fenders bonded to the plate does that mean you could not separate them? If you do separate the plate from the fender, what type of adhesive is recommended to bond them back together?
