Perhaps you should call John Leverett or Josh at the factory and see if they have any GTLM Recaro seats for sale. I am not sure if the wiring harness is in the car or not but it's a good start.

Johan at JRD is a auth rep of recaro seats....but he say its at $2K each for the power/heated seats; not sure I want then that bad,lol docComment

If you know a good upholstery guy or you like to do things yourself, there are aftermarket kits for car seat heaters. This is one from Corbeau mentioned in Popular Hotrodding
If you search for Car Seat Heaters, you'll get several options.
The seat covers on my '98 were fairly easy to remove.-Differential gears changed from 3:27 to 3:73
