Below is a link to photos from my recent visit to the Panoz factory in Georgia! My wife and I had a great time! Everyone there at the factory was very friendly, and willing to show us around and answer questions. The displays in the showroom and museum are amazing, and it was neat to see some of the builds in progress. They have a lot of the pre-production prototypes and other special cars there.

Chase, sorry I don't have any info specifically about the cutaway display car. Try calling Panoz. That's cool that you own one, though!
